Hotel Kavia Cancun

We loved the hotel, it was perfect and impeccably clean. The food was cheap - lots of options. The affable staff made our stay a real good experience and the location was marvellous.

Hotel was clean, convenient, had very good staff and location.

The bus stop was 700 feet away.

Well Wi-Fi was weak, and there was hard bed in my room.

We loved location and cleanliness, they were perfect. The room was neat with real wifi access and had climate control, a private safe and a dining area.

Picture perfect, spotlessly clean hotel, every detail here was perfect. Helpful staff were with manager.

Beautiful location for my purpose, tidy place. I loved the breakfast, there was lots of lovely food. Location very close to the bus terminal as well as the local market. The service was all in all impeccable.

This is a perfect central fairly clean hotel providing budget rooms. It boasts a top location ; adjacent to restaurants.

Grounds were kept overall clean, breakfast was GENEROUS. The beds were amazing and the room was functional & beautiful. Great service within 15 km of the airport. Truly enjoyed rooftop bar & strong drinks.

Employees were generally very friendly and kept it all spotless. Had super room with real WiFi access as well as balcony for a brilliant stay. Tasty and tasty meals.

Staff and location were cool, overall the hotel was perfectly adequate and spotless. Just a walk down to the beautiful beach. Quite good area.

Unbeatable location, fashioned room and I loved professional staff. Reasonably large suite and perfect bed. They made my stay quite comfortable. Lots of so good food. The property was set in a tourist area: )

I appreciated welcoming staff, prime location. Booked a room with especially good views. The staff did all they can for a really nice stay. The area was calm, a super base for me. Plus, a paved city park was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Reasonably priced restaurant served local specialties.

Good location, friendly staff and comfortable bed. The hotel was centrally situated. Bathrooms here were modern.

We appreciated this place. A great experience and excellent staff. Biorganicos, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. Venue's maid helped us a lot!

The location was GOOD, with El Crustaceo Cascarudo nearby. Here we could visit cancún that was in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the pool. We think we totally recommend to anyone.
